1. About Hotwifing.eu
Hotwifing.eu (“Hotwifing.eu”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an adults-only online dating and social interaction platform operated by:

The Platform is designed for consenting adults, including couples and adult single men interested in meeting other consenting adults.
Hotwifing.eu does not arrange sexual services, prostitution, escort services or commercial sexual activity. Users decide independently whether, when and how they communicate or meet.
2. Adults Only — 18+
Hotwifing.eu is strictly available only to persons who are 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
We may require age or identity verification through an independent verification provider.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user is under 18, has provided false age information, has attempted to bypass verification or has allowed a minor to access the Platform.
Any content involving, depicting or sexualising minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Account Types
Hotwifing.eu currently supports two primary account types:
Couple — an account representing two consenting adults.
Single Man — an account representing one adult male user.
A Couple account must represent genuine consenting adults. The person creating or managing a Couple account confirms that both partners have agreed to the creation and use of the account and to any personal information or media uploaded concerning them.
We may require both members of a Couple account to complete age, identity or consent verification.
Users must not impersonate another person or create a Couple account without the other person’s knowledge and consent.
4. Membership Plans
Hotwifing.eu may offer the following membership levels:
Couple Full — full Platform access for approved Couple accounts at no subscription charge.
Man Free — allows Single Man users to create a profile and access limited features. Certain photographs, full-profile information, messaging, video calling and other Premium features may remain locked.
Man Premium — provides additional access, including Premium profile content and communication features, subject to the permissions and privacy settings of other users.
The introductory price for Man Premium is currently €19 per month, unless another price is clearly displayed before purchase.
We may change prices for future billing periods. Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Payment does not guarantee that another user will respond, communicate, grant access to private media or agree to meet.
5. Recurring Billing
Man Premium is a recurring subscription.
Unless cancelled, the subscription will automatically renew at the applicable billing interval and the payment method provided at checkout may be charged accordingly.
The exact price, billing interval, applicable taxes and payment processor will be displayed before the user confirms payment.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Hotwifing.eu may not receive or store full payment-card details.
6. Cancellation
A Premium user may cancel automatic renewal through the available account-management tools or by following the cancellation procedure presented on the Platform.
Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and Premium access normally remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Cancelling Premium does not automatically delete the user’s Hotwifing.eu account.
7. EU Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing services online in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions and rules concerning services that begin during that period.
Where legally required, Hotwifing.eu may ask you to expressly request that Premium service begins immediately during the withdrawal period.
If you exercise a valid statutory right of withdrawal after requesting that service begin immediately, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Profiles and User Information
Users are responsible for ensuring that information in their profile is reasonably accurate and not deliberately misleading.
For privacy and safety, users are encouraged to use a username rather than publishing their legal name.
Users must not publish another person’s private information without permission, including home addresses, identification documents, financial information, private telephone numbers or other sensitive data.
Users decide which optional profile information they provide, subject to the Platform’s minimum registration and verification requirements.
9. Adult and Explicit Content
Hotwifing.eu may permit lawful adult content in designated members-only areas.
Public-facing profile images, avatars or content visible before age-restricted access may be subject to stricter rules and may not contain explicit sexual content.
A user who uploads an image or video confirms that every identifiable person depicted:
- is at least 18 years old;
- was an adult when the material was created;
- consented to the creation of the material;
- consented to its upload and use on Hotwifing.eu; and
- has not withdrawn that consent.
You must not upload secretly recorded sexual material, revenge pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, stolen content or material obtained through coercion.
We may request evidence of consent or age relating to uploaded media.
10. Private Galleries
Premium membership does not automatically provide access to every private gallery.
Where a profile uses a Private Gallery, access may require separate approval from the profile owner.
A user may revoke another user’s Private Gallery access at any time.
Users must not copy, redistribute, record, publish or otherwise share another member’s private photographs or videos without that person’s explicit permission.
11. Messaging and Video Chat
Eligible users may access private messaging and video-call functionality.
Man Free users may be shown messaging or video-call controls marked as Premium. Selecting these controls may display an upgrade offer rather than starting a conversation or call.
Man Premium and Couple Full accounts may use enabled communication features, subject to account verification, moderation rules and the receiving user’s consent.
No user is required to accept a message, call, invitation or meeting.
Video calls must never be recorded without the explicit agreement of every participant.
12. Interests, Likes and Invitations
A user may be able to express interest in another profile.
An expression of interest does not create any obligation for the recipient.
Couples may be permitted to create private invitations or meeting requests.
Single Man Premium users may be permitted to apply to such invitations.
An accepted online invitation does not constitute consent to any sexual activity or other real-world activity.
Consent must remain voluntary, specific and capable of being withdrawn at any time.
13. Real-World Meetings and Personal Safety
Hotwifing.eu provides tools for adults to discover and communicate with each other but does not supervise private meetings.
Users are responsible for their own decisions regarding meetings.
Verification reduces certain risks but does not guarantee another person’s intentions, honesty, behaviour, health status or safety.
Users should exercise appropriate caution when meeting someone for the first time.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Hotwifing.eu for:
- content or conduct involving minors;
- non-consensual sexual material;
- sexual exploitation or trafficking;
- threats, stalking or harassment;
- impersonation;
- fraud or scams;
- malware or unauthorised access;
- sale or solicitation of illegal goods or services;
- commercial sexual services where prohibited by the Platform;
- publication of another person’s personal data without permission;
- copyright infringement;
- spam;
- attempts to bypass membership restrictions;
- sharing Premium credentials;
- scraping profiles or media;
- recording or redistributing private content without consent.
Illegal content may be removed and, where required, reported to competent authorities.
15. Reporting and Blocking
Users may report profiles, photographs, messages or behaviour they believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Users may also block other users.
We may review reports and take action including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent account termination.
Where appropriate, relevant evidence may be preserved for fraud prevention, legal claims or cooperation with lawful authorities.
16. Account Verification
A verification badge means only that the account has completed the verification process specified by Hotwifing.eu at the relevant time.
A badge is not an endorsement of the user and does not guarantee identity, honesty, behaviour or compatibility.
Users must not attempt to transfer a verified account to another person.
17. User Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant Hotwifing.eu a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, process and display that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform and make it available according to your account, membership and privacy settings.
This licence does not authorise Hotwifing.eu to sell your private photographs as stock imagery or use them in advertising without separate permission.
When content is deleted, active copies should cease to be displayed, although limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is required by law.
18. Intellectual Property
The Hotwifing.eu name, branding, design, software, interface and Platform-created content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit Platform materials except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by us.
19. Account Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
Serious violations may result in immediate termination.
Users may request deletion of their account through available account tools or by contacting [Support Email].
Termination does not automatically eliminate records that we are legally required or legitimately entitled to retain.
20. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may modify, remove or introduce features, including membership benefits, where reasonably necessary.
Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated where required by law.
21. No Guarantee of Matches or Meetings
Hotwifing.eu does not guarantee:
- that users will receive messages or matches;
- that a particular number of Couple profiles will be available;
- that another user will grant gallery access;
- that an online interaction will result in a meeting; or
- that users will be compatible.
22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hotwifing.eu is not responsible for independent acts, statements or conduct of users outside our reasonable control, including conduct occurring during offline meetings.
Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
23. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Hotwifing.eu Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of your relationship with the Platform.
Because Hotwifing.eu may process information concerning users’ sex lives or sexual preferences, such information may constitute special-category personal data under applicable data protection law.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Where changes materially affect users’ rights or paid subscriptions, we will provide appropriate notice.
The current version and effective date will be published on Hotwifing.eu.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without depriving consumers residing in another EU/EEA country of mandatory protections available to them under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this section restricts mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rights.
